I have caused extra paperwork for him, and of course, time. He made stressful situations smooth. Pros:
Marvin and Anthony provided exceptional customer service. They were both knowledgeable and polite. The facility is clean.
Cons:
The online lease agreement required me to choose automatic payments, even though in the contract it says it's an option. The manager told me the system does not allow him to override this. I had to sign up with automatic payments and now have to manually change it do not have automatic payments. The freight elevator nearest our unit was not working the day we moved our belongings into the unit. I went back a week later and it was still not working. It seems like homeless people spend the day in their units. ... Read more

I've been storing my arts and crafts here for about a year. I also have small pieces of furniture that are meaningful to me and clothes. The employees have been helping me with finding a cart to transport my stuff from my car to the elevator and I am very grateful. I can depend on Nicole and Summer to come through if I see a problem coming through the gate for example and the code doesn't work. They are so hardworking and talented that I could have left my storage room and gone on with my personal belongings and the busy life I live a long time ago. Update on my review which I believe has been deleted: months later everything is STILL broken and I’m paying almost $200 per Month. Can’t easily access your unit. Go anywhere else!!! My previous review was also 2 pictures of the elevators and lifts being broken. I drive out of my way to come here to not be able to access my unit. I also took autopay off my account and they will charge you regardless of your requests. And if you want out of your lease they charge extra. Don’t get stuck! It’s horrific here ... Read more

I will never use this storage again it is like pulling teeth to get my past 2 months of rent that they charged me and I didn’t have a unit, I moved out 2 months ago. And they still haven’t payed me back. Other than that and the elevator not working for a year and only 1 door to get in the ladies that worked there were very nice and helpful. Beware of SecureSpace Storage. In my experience, it’s been a nightmare from start to finish. An online rep told me I could move in until 10 p.m., but when I arrived, that turned out to be untrue. After five months, my rate jumped by $110 with no meaningful explanation. I had to switch units and was placed on the second floor; the elevator was out and only one upstairs door worked. Another tenant warned me they never fix anything, and it showed. Even after I left (or was told to), I was billed for two more months—I’m still fighting to recover roughly $780. Worst of all, on Christmas Day, in the rain, my girlfriend slipped on a wet, broken stair. This place felt unsafe, unreliable, and uncaring. Based on my experience, I would avoid SecureSpace and take your business to a facility that keeps its promises and maintains basic safety. ... Read more

Zai forgot to cancel my storage contract. Zai told me I could move out on January 31, 2026. But, she never canceled my contract. So, my unit number 123 was never canceled. And, I then received a $300 bill from Secure Storage on 220 Huff Street! They think I’m still in my contract!!! Zai wasted my time! Terrible service from Zai. Summer and Niki are excellent to work with! The first customer service rep I spoke with (the company's offshore call center), when I reserved and paid for my two storage units, promised that my storage would be one unit apart, in the same building. When I got to the facility with my two moving trucks a couple of weeks later, they told me my two units were not even in the same building!
Niki immediately remedied the situation and secured a second unit in the same building as the first. It wasn't perfect because they were still nine units apart, but I was thankful she took action and made up for the disappointment I experienced when I first walked in.
Both women were kind, friendly, funny, and customer service oriented, which goes a long way when you're already stressed from a long day of moving. The facility is clean, heavily monitored with security cameras, and is located less than 10 minutes from me. It's been super convenient to get to. I highly recommend SecureSpace! ... Read more

I moved my belongings in a month ago and I discovered today an active mice infestation in both my units. This facility is infested with mice. I am very disgusted, outraged and sick about it. I have no words. I messaged management and no response. This is a terrible situation and sad experience. After being forced out of our home this is what I’m dealing with I can’t believe this. I would advise against storing your property here. The facility itself is dilapidated, dirty and very poorly maintained. The drive up units are dark, dingy and the walls falling apart. I was unaware of the conditions and they didn’t even clean out the units properly or at all before my stuff was moved in.
Although management claimed they put in a work order they never fixed it nor did they call an exterminator I was forced to buy traps myself and the results were pretty disgusting lots of mice were on the sticky traps.
I would give zero stars if I could. Plus I have heard the rates here go up every 3 months.
They shouldn’t have rented the units in this condition, I’m certain they were aware of the mice and there’s broken drywall which I suspect is an entry point. ??????????????????????????

The worst! Please do not get a storage unit here. At first they played it off as a good company who takes interest in their customers. But as soon as you are locked in with them, they turn on you. Long story short, I got a small 10x10. Paid initially $86 dollars a month with insurance. 4 months go by and boom! They sent me an email saying my storage fees will crease to $146 a month! That is almost double the price! When I called they said it was because they are trying to stay in competition with others and want the same prices as well. Which makes no sense if you want to attract customers to your business with better prices. And also pay the employees better which I understand but they also cut business hours and days.
