I ended up with two smaller units, and asked if they would call me if a large (30 foot) unit became available.... and a couple months later, they actually called.... it's practically a miracle these days: good customer service! The fact that some customers are homeless (I AM assuming that due to the shopping carts being "driven" in - my apologies if I'm wrong), I see why they have to limit the hours of operation. And I understand that the homeless are citizens too and deserve to be treated fairly and well. The prices are very fair (I've checked around), and in two and a half years there has been no price change. It IS inconvenient that on some holidays they are closed, as that's often when I need access AND have time to get projects done. The staff is super friendly (they even smile!), and the occasional "we're closing in a few minutes" is calm but firm as expected. Overall, I'm pleased and will continue to be a customer. ...
