I simply can't express enough praise for Grand Central Storage. I had 2 large units there for the better part of 5 years after my mother's stroke. I'd passed it many times over the years living in Yucca not thinking anything of it. I met Tim a few times when I moved our stuff in, and Jason when I recently moved it out. Nothing less than proper hometown professionalism and courtesy. Not something you find often in the world anymore. The prices, sense of security, communication, and overall interactions with these guys was above and beyond. Tim and Jason are customer service rockstars and genuinely nice guys who give back to their communities in many ways. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the one time I found a small hole in the roof, it was repaired the same day. Moving to the area from the midwest, I was in need of storage space, and had called a couple places and got some very rude responses, I finally asked one who they thought I should call, and they suggested I call Grand Central Storage, so I called, not expecting much, and was greeted on the phone by a Jason(?) who reassured me that he had a unit available and he would save it for me until I got there. When I arrived, a day late, I was greeted by Tim, who did such a fantastic job of making me feel right at home! I have been storing items at Grand Central Storage since 2007!! Tim and Nancy are two of the most nicest and helpful people I have ever met. They are extremely courteous and funny. I really appreciate all of the EXTRA attention I receive from them as I am a paraplegic. I am grateful for the caring way they treat me and help me in any capacity that I may need.
