Horrible place to rent a space...Front Gate is always broken and open, Staff never available if needed. Now for the real issue, occurred today..went to unit, sitting in a chair with the door closed mediating for a minute, manager walks up says im sleeping, than said I broke into a unit, which wasnt true and there was a unit open, where I placed my bike, so it would be out of the way, while i was there. thirdly, they dont even have a place to dumb trash, even tho there is a dumpster on site, they want you to use the other business dumpsters in the area - Why so they dont have to pay trash services, but want to charge you $75.00 to throw it away.. do your job and clean up the place..its dirty.. Lastly, went to talk to her Shay her name is, and her black girl attitude almost got her punched in the face, by my big black ass.. customer service sucks, managers here suck and she requested to terminate my rental - better places and more secure to rent in the area.. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
