I rented a Budget truck from them recently for my move and had a billing issue with Budget. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Teresa at Park Street Storage and how she went above and beyond to help me with this matter! She was AMAZING! I was so frustrated going around and around with Budget and getting nowhere, and when I explained the situation to Teresa, she not only explained to me what the issue was, but she also made it her priority to help me and speak with them, straighten it all out, and get me my money back. Thank you, Teresa, so much for your help; I can't tell you how much it meant to me!! I will recommend your business to everyone I know! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
