Watch out for these people when you're looking for Uhaul confirmation help. They'll give you the "not my job" answer and won't help you figure out anything. The guy could have helped me to figure out I made a mistake and had scheduled a pickup for the wrong date, but instead he kept giving me the "not my job" answer and he hung up on me. Such great customer service. You're better off going up the street to one of the other locations. ... Read more
