Edited to respond: This is not a false review. The information provided was that she left with very short notice. That Rebecca did not think it was a work reason. Although Rebecca stated that she was a wonderful employee and they loved having her there, she also lied about the reason she was no longer there. Liars cannot be trusted with valuable belongings. Thank you. I was going to rent from here because the property manager was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I called to set up a move in date I asked for the woman that I had spoke with. I was advised by Rebecca that the woman was no longer there and had quit with very little notice. I was able to track down the woman that was no longer there. She reluctantly provided proof that she did not leave and was fired. (She didn’t want to make the company look bad. She was still very sweet and told me that she wishes the best for this company and hopes that they are successful. She is definitely a better person than me….) If they treat their employees like this and lie about them to make them look bad, how will they treat the customers and their belongings? What else will they lie about? Rebecca defamed the wonderful property manager and got caught in a lie. From what I have read, what Rebecca did was actually illegal. It is against the law to lie about an employee, past or present, like that. So what other laws are these people breaking? Do not rent from these people! One star only to be able to leave a review. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
