I just rented an indoor unit for my boat, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received so far from David. He has been very attentive and quick to respond to my many questions. If stored my motorhome in the enclosed building for over 10 years. We have never had any problems or damage to our vehicle while it was in storage. Access is easy and convenient. Management changed a year or 2 ago and the new management (David) is terrific. he is very responsive. For example, I recently requested switching to a different garage space to make entry and exit easier and he accommodated my request immediately. In addition, on his own initiative, David refunded part of my rent after realizing I had been paying a higher rate that was later reduced. David has also made some improvements such as better delineating the outdoor spaces, repairing lighting, updating the automated entry gate, and regularly emptying the trash (the old management never did that). ... RUN! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE MORE THAN YOUR AGREEMENT AND WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER MOVEOUT. UNITS ALSO GET BROKEN INTO FREQUENTLY AND PEOPLE CAMP OUT IN THE PARKING LOT LIKE THEYRE TAILGATING. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! If I could give negative stars I would! Moved into a small unit at the beginning of 2024, May of 2024 I get a call that my unit is wide open and when I got there the door was all busted up and couldn't be closed. I called the owner who OFFERED to put me in a bigger unit for the same price because he didn't have any empty smaller ones. I needed a place for my stuff so I accepted the offer. Dec of 2024 I get another call saying my unit is open again, my lock had been cut off and stuff stolen. The owner was there when I arrived and OFFERED to add a credit to my account for the cost of my lock, mind you this was not a flimsy lock this was one of those hefty round type locks. He also said he would be checking his cameras to see what happened and get back to me... he never did! Jan comes and I go to pay my bill and see not only did he not credit my lock but I'm also now being charged a higher price, almost double!!! I called and asked about the credit then mentioned the price was wrong and he tells me no that's the correct price for that size unit, I reminded him that when my original unit was broken into he moved me to the larger one for the same price. I also made sure to mention that I'd already checked the rental agreement prior to calling and the new agreement I signed when moving into the larger unit has the original lower price. He then gets very rude and says I'm not giving you that unit for that price and you can just move out I don't want your business. BET!!! So I moved all my items out and put in the move out notice online because I was not about to speak to this rude person again. February comes and they're trying to charge my card again and for the higher price! So I blocked them through my bank so I could make sure no transaction would go through. The 4th I get a text from an unknown number saying "if not paid by the end of today. there will be a $15 late fee" no mention of who it is because again UNPROFESSIONAL AF! So I respond twice asking who it is before finally getting an answer hours later telling me it's this storage facility. I tell them I moved out at the end of the previous month and sent a screenshot as proof, from their website, showing the moveout date. The response is "okay ty" no sorry or anything. Then they proceed to try and charge my card 5 more times over a weeks period AFTER I already sent proof of moveout the month before!!! I finally texted the person who'd been texting me telling them to stop trying to charge my card because I do not owe anything, I of course got no response. The following day they finally cleared the account and quit trying to steal money from me. I have screenshots of all charges, attempted charges, the rental agreement and the very unprofessional texting for proof of everything wrong with this place, which I've added.
