Lynita's customer service was great she was very patient and helpful!! But since moving in it's been a hassle and don't communicate after your their client and renting from them... I just paid my October rent and they took it out twice and then say i owe 25 dollars for a fee when that item was returned and even refunded... Ugh ... Read more

Easy to reserve a space online and when I met with the Manager, Morgan, he was great! He is clearly focused on the best customer experience and accomodated my slightly confusing situation with patience and humor. The Kiosk in the lobby was useless and non-functioning. There were several other people who tried to use it while I was there the first time and all were frustrated. There is nothing like personal service from someone who know the business and Morgan is certainly that person. Thanks, Morgan ... Read more

This place has gone downhill since Summit bought it. The buildings have been unlocked since day one, when the original owner had it, you needed a code to access the buildings. The gate has been broken more than once. "Security" cameras both inside and out are broken or blacked out with paint. Twice since August, we've seen evidence of vagrants being on the property. I emailed corporate several times expressing concern about the total lack of security and they didn't even bother to acknowledge I had even contacted them. Thanks to the lack of security, I know someone whose unit was broken into using a master key and irreplaceable items were stolen. We also know someone who moved out of their unit prior to the end of June, when they notified Summit their unit was now empty and they weren't renewing, Summit told them their termination date was the 7th of July and charged them rent for the entire month of July even though Summit had rented out that unit almost immediately. So they also double dipped. There is never anyone in the office at the Fort Collins property, if you need a human being, you have to call the Loveland office, it's beyond ridiculous. It was such a nice place when Carl owned it and now, typical of corporate out of state property ownership, Summit couldn't care less as long as they are getting their money. There are much nicer, newer and better maintained places in Fort Collins, I recommend shopping around and you will do better than Summit. ... Read more

This place is terrible. My boyfriend rents a unit here and ever since the new owners took over, it has gone way down hill. They have raised the prices but nothing has been improved. The gate still has problems 1/2 the time. They never send out an invoice but are able to send messages saying that our payment is late. I'm not even sure it's legal for them to be doing what they are doing. The last time they told us the payment was late, we got a message, a late fee and they put a "boot" on the unit. We paid the amount as soon as we got the message but the owners don't even live in state so we couldn't get into our unit and it just so happened to be when we had a huge storm. We lost power at our house and couldn't get in the unit to get our backup supplies. We are actively looking for a new place but we have so much stuff it's just taking a while. I just want to warn others about their shady business practices. ... Read more

This is an absolute scam! They allowed us to rent a unit at a property that is closed. The gate was wide open and there was a lock on the unit we "rented". I immediatly called and ask that they cancel. The person I talked with assured me that his manager would call me back that day. Fast forward 3 days. I call again and the lady I talked to assured me that it would be canceled and my account would be credited and I would recieve a call back. Fast forward 3 weeks, 3 emails and around 20 phone calls and messages later. Radio silence. Called today and the only way I could reach someone was to select "rent a unit"! The lady i spoke with informed me that that property is permanately closed and all she could do was log a customer complaint. Mind you, I have already been charged a months rent and my card is still on file. Crazy thing is, there is no way to remove your card online. I'm guessing at this point, legal action is on the table. BBB will also be getting a nice email. Summit, if you are reading this, I would encourage you to check your messages and inbox. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! You should be ashamed! ... This place is absolutely ridiculous. We paid our storage a month in advance then stopped in to pay the next month the day we got paid. Our storage was 85$ they charged us 280$ taking our entire 1st paycheck. It's been almost a month and still no reimbursement. Payments didn't go through for numerous bills now, credit is shot, so I can't even get into a new place because of the negligence of thier office chick. No one will call me back. On top of that I had to take off numerous days of work bc I had no gas to get there and could lose my job for taking that time. I used this storage company to get my life back on track and they're causing me to lose everything in just one month and don't seem to even try to make it right. All I want is my money back that they've stolen from me. UPDATE: Lost our job and still after 21 DAYS no reimbursement, email, text, phone call??? ... Read more

These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 3201 East Mulberry Unit A can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 225 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 3201 East Mulberry Unit A come at a variety of prices, starting from $52 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $274 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
