Great service from two, true professionals. Jon and Glenn paused what they were working on to work on our sailboat trailer. Fast, competent service while we waited. And at a fair price. What more could you ask for? We’ve found our new go-to business for all of our trailer repair needs! Thanks, guys for a job well done. ... Read more

Well what I thought would be an easy and painless service on our new to us motorhome, turned out a lot worse then expected. So I drop my motorhome off at the Colorado Springs location for a couple weeks/ maybe month to get everything checked out and serviced before we stayed in it for 2 weeks. One day I get a call saying the motorhome is complete and they are closing the office location permanently. Unfortunately I was not in the state to be able to get it in time so I drove it to the other office location 2 hours or so away. (Atleast they filled it up with gas) So once I get back and picked up the motor home from the shop, I noticed one back wheel hub cover was missing, So I had to order a new one 100$. Then we drive it to my home town and Hook the water up and everything to stay in it for 2 weeks and the water lines to sink was unhooked and flooded the click and lock floors with water, so I had to remove all the flooring in the motorhome. Will cost around 500$ or so to install new flooring my self. They also installed a new toilet which works but it does wobble alittle and the lid does not like to shut and the flooring was cut out bigger for the new toilet and had a gap about 3/4 of a inch around the toilet base. The generator was in good working order they said but had a big rats nest in it. Did they bother to clean it out? NO they left it even though they are the ones who told me about it and said they would take care of it. Some of the lights inside the motorhome do not work. For a company that sent me a full checklist of everything they would have inspected and was going to fix for me. I do not think they did over 2,000$ worth of work. I will never take my motorhome back to this company no wonder the Colorado Springs branch shut down. ... Read more

Took my 5th wheel in for slide put adjustments and replacement. The adjustments and replacements were great after one more adjustment. The down side was they left cable shavings and pieces all around the inside. Hazardous stuff to have poke into your feet. They wanted to make it right and promised to detail my camper including buffing the outside when we got back from our trip. Needless to say they started on the outside had the camper over a month and left it unlocked, lost the keys and drained the battery dead. When we came to take it out for our camping reservation I had to hook up the truck to it to get enough power to run the leveling system to bring up the jacks. They promised to get us replacement keys and it's been another month no keys. No buffing. Beware of using this company. I just received the response that they contacted me and the issue is resolved. I have received no communication and don't have my keys and no communication on the detail work. If you're going g to put in a response please be honest. ... Read more

I had the main entry door of my fifth wheel replaced and water heater repaired. Final costs were exactly what they had estimated. Entire staff was attentive and addressed all my concerns. Cameron kept me informed along the way. Wait times for getting repairs were weeks not months like the other RV service locations along I-25. Will definitely utilize their services in the future. ... Our experience with goHomePortRv was fantastic. From the moment we called, Cameron was very helpful and informative. He helped us and explained every step to me when it came to dealing with our warranty company. When he sent his first tech out, James, he was great when addressing the issues and explaining to us what was wrong with our RV. When the other tech came out to fix everything, John, he was on-time and great to talk to. He answered all of my questions. They all were great to work with and living full time in my RV, they made the whole process so smooth and easy. I'll definitely be calling them again if I need something repaired. ... Read more
