I had a great rental experience today from Bradley and Nason at Public Storage at 118th and Main in Broomfield. They were thorough and looked for ways to save me money -- and they did! Their service was friendly and knowledgeable! Outstanding all the way around! ... Read more

So I haven't had many issues while I was using the storage unit until August of 2025 when I called around the 25th to vacate because you have to give 7 days notice the prices kept going up 20% every 3 months so it made no sense for me to keep the unit I vacated on the 26th and then got their last two boxes out on the second but because I didn't have a day off of work to get my stuff out till the second I was told I had to pay for that month I paid for that month so for 2 days I get charged $73 and some change and they do not refund money or prorate had I known this I would adjust still had access without paying for the first couple of days of the month and not paid so beware if you're going to vacate and you still have no payment made for the next month and you're only going to have it for one or two days Don't pay!!! Because they will not refund or prorate your money and when you call twice to tell them that you're gone they still will not close your account.. ... Read more

Mark V was extremely helpful! We had never rented a storage locker before and had no idea what the process was. He showed us three unit sizes and explained all the details of how billing works (it is kind of weird). We were going to use another storage company because of their “deal” but Public Storage prices were just as good and having someone to talk to and show us the units made all the difference. The other properties let you do it all online, without even getting to see the properties or ask questions. 5 STARS to Mark and Public Storage! ... Read more

I rented a large storage unit on July 17 at the Pierce Street location-and Mark was so friendly, helpful and professional. He walked me to my unit, showed me how to open it/close and lock it. He was so nice and made the whole experience easy! Thank you Mark! ... Read more

Rating 2 stars because of the customer service at Public Storage. It’s HORRENDOUS! I’ve called on approximately 4 separate occasions, requesting a call back from the property manager. I had several question about storing stuff for my business that no one seemed to be able to answer. The call center can hardly answer the simplest questions & always has these non-chalant, bro-ish types of attitudes. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Only rated 2 stars because I never actually stored anything here. This is solely based off of my experience with their customer service and the property manager, not so much the actual facility itself. ... Read more

I started the process online but didn’t complete it because I had some questions before I continued especially about the automatic charge for the lock and insurance. I’m not a fan of this practice even if it is easy to reverse as it puts the task on me to sort it out. I received a call from Mark and he explained that if I came in, I could see the unit and bypass the lock and insurance. Set up an appointment with Tammy and she was great to work with and helped me pick the best unit for me. She was able to remove the lock and insurance so I didn’t have to deal with it later. The staff made the whole process great even though I wasn’t a fan of the online process to auto charge for things I knew I didn’t need. I recommend starting it online and then going in to finalize the process…you’ll need to go there anyway at some point. ... Read more

This was the smoothest, easiest and most enjoyable time getting a unit somewhere. Mark was the sweetest, I could stay there all day and chat with him! On top of that, he was very resourceful & knowledgable. Would recommend to anyone! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 9150 Pierce Street has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 9150 Pierce Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 240 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 9150 Pierce Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $21 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $133 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
