    Georgetown storage everybody that I had an encounter with was absolutely wonderful. They work with you no matter what your situation may be. Everybody’s been so kind. I just love the way.     I recently rented a one-way U-Haul trailer from Georgetown Self Storage, and I can’t say enough good things about Cody, the Store Manager. Leading up to my rental, I called U-Haul Corporate multiple times to confirm my drop-off location — and every single time I received conflicting answers, got passed around, and ultimately was assigned a return site over an hour away from my destination (in a completely different state!), despite there being more than a dozen closer options. When I arrived at Georgetown Self Storage, Cody immediately stepped in. He listened, understood my frustration, and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t stuck with the absurd return assignment. He took the initiative to resolve the issue on-site and ended up saving me time, stress, and money. This was actually my second U-Haul rental from this location, and both times have been excellent. Cody and his team are efficient, friendly, and genuinely care about doing right by their customers — something that’s rare these days. If you’re renting a U-Haul in the area, skip the corporate runaround and go straight to Georgetown Self Storage. You’ll be in great hands. ... Read more

    This young gentleman was extremely helpful with me never having backed a trailer into any spot. He went out of his way to make sure my trailer was in safely and even helped to re program the lock I had just bought. I met a new neighbor and we will be friends in the future. I owe him a nice home made lunch once I get all unpacked. The best service I’ve had in years from anyone! I would highly recommend your company to anyone that needs a unit!
