We are new tenants and have been very pleased with the service we received so far, especially from Jerome, the property manager. He is a pleasure to deal with and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never once felt rushed. It's refreshing to meet somebody that is so customer-oriented. Storage Mall is a decent place with clean storage units. Outdoor storage area is essentially grass, gravel and standing water. Jerome, the on-site Manager, does a great job of keeping it neat and clean! He does an excellent job of responding to customers' requests and needs! It would be nice if the owners invested money into the parking area, which is a bit of a pothole laden mudhole in spots. Building new units, as they are, is great but taking care of the area where existing paying customers store vehicles would also seem to be a priority. ... Read more

JEROME IS THE MAN!!! I wanted to thank Jerome at the The Shopping Mall storage facility in Townsend, DE for being the nicest and most customer service oriented person that I had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. He was punctual with our planned appointment to tour the facility and he was very accommodating to my 1.5 yr old daughter that I had with me. The facility as a whole was very clean and very easy to navigate through. Jerome showed us a 10x10 storage space (per my request) that was clean and easy to access as well. Jerome also wore a mask the whole time I saw him per The Storage Mall's guidelines for employees. Overall it was an excellent experience and I'm glad to be giving them my business! ... Read more
