The renting process by going through a call center is terrible. I finally received a call.from a real person who helped get the rental complete. But, he did not follow through as promised and place was closed at 1 p.m. on Saturday when hours say open until 3 pm. Note on door said call this number but there was a line with no number! Drove to another one of their locations and also was closed when supposed to be open. Called that number and no answer. Lady did return call and met me at the original location and got us taken care of. I left negative review on another forum and they replied to call them to discuss further, I called and believe it or not, it was an automated message to leave comment!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Will never use these people again. 15 hr drive and if it hadn't been for 1 person calling me back and actually helping, we would have been S.O.L. ... Read more

Pretty basic storage unit but friendly easy to work with staff. Only thing holding it from a 5 star review is the locations. After call 3 times trying to locate my unit and 3 different addresses i was finally able to locate it. ... Read more

While storing our furniture and appliances here while we were building our house, they had a water line on the sink in their bathroom fall off and flood the whole building, our couches and bookshelves got completely ruined. Within a week mold was growing half way up the bookshelves. They make you pay 15$ for “insurance” as part of your bill. They denied our claim right away saying they don’t cover water damage. We are out roughly 4K completely. Maybe more if any of the appliances are damaged. Still probably going to talk to a lawyer. If any lawyer reads this and feel like making some money, I have pictures of everything. I don’t even want anything. Just want the owner of this place or the plumbers they hired to be held responsible for their negligence. Wasn’t only me either. The whole building flooded. Maybe if they actually paid someone to work at this facility they would have caught it sooner. My guess is it ran for 3-4 days before anyone saw it. ... Read more

Seriously could not have asked for a better manager for your company! She went far and beyond to help me with my lock and was so kind and generous throughout the whole situation. And did not complain one bit! I can’t rave enough about people who take pride in their job like she does. Janice is a dime a dozen as an employee and she will be the reason I will stay a long term customer for all my storage needs! Thank you Janice ?? ... Read more

Have had hell with my bill for months after the private owner left. We loved him he was very welcome understanding when you needed to be late as long as you called this new company straight savage. I am winding down my time there. I have rented for three years you would think they would have a little more courtesy than they do but I will be moved out soon and never to rent here again...too steep for no climate control ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
