I went to check my storage unit at Public Storage after not visiting for a couple of months, and what I found was absolutely disgusting. The unit was full of dead rats yes, rats. I can’t describe how revolting it was to see my belongings sitting in filth and damaged by rodents. When you rent from a storage company, you expect them to provide a safe and secure place for your items, not a breeding ground for pests. They sell you the unit without any warning about an ongoing rat problem, knowing people are trusting them with valuable and sentimental possessions. Instead of protecting my belongings, Public Storage allowed them to be ruined by an issue they clearly knew about. This is unacceptable and beyond disappointing. If you value your property, think twice before trusting them because I sure wish I had. ... Read more

RATTTS!!! DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VALUABLE THINGS EATEN BY RATS. BE AWARE THAT THE WORKERS WILL NOT TELL YOU THEY HAVE A RAT PROBLEM WHEN YOU GO TO RENT A SPACE. ITS VERY DISGUSTING GOING INSIDE YOUR UNIT AND SEEING DEAD RATS EVERYWHERE. ... Read more

????? “I stopped by CubeSmart to inquire about a storage unit, and although I ultimately didn’t rent one, I had to leave a review for the incredible customer service I received from Fabrice. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the process. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making customers feel valued. If I ever need storage in the future, I know exactly where I’m going—thanks to Fabrice!” ... Read more

I just left CUBESMART self storage and Gabby was the one that assisted me today. I asked about the prices on different size storage’s and she was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about giving me the different prices and taking me to actually, show me the units (10X10 and 10X15). I definitely recommend you going there because you will always be received with courtesy and a smile ?? especially if Gabby is there! ... Read more

Worst place ever, I got charged a late fee after this place was closed for two weeks. Also the manager is rude. She talks to you like you need them more then they need your money to have a business open. Also water got in my unit and damaged some of my clothes. But they did not care. They just wanted there money. I advise anybody please try any storage place but them. ... Read more
