DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE SECURITY AND CAMERAS BUT THEY DONT!! AND THEY DONT CARE IF YOU GET ROBBED BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU AND WHEN YOU GET UPSET ABOUT THEIR LIES THEY KICK YOU OUT. AND I MEAN THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU THEY JUST PUT ON THEIR LOCKS AND TELL YOU THEY ARE AUTIONING OFF YOUR THINGS IF YOU DONT PAY THEM FOR THIS THIS AND THIS OF CHARGES THAT THEY JUST MAKE UP. IM TELLING YOU THIS OWNER AND MANAGER ARE NO GOOD YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!! The man that runs the show was very rude to one of his tenants of whom i was doing business with and conducted his rude behavior right in front of me and another customer who was also there. It was none of our business what was going on but still he felt the need to approach her in front of z people he did not know and speak to her with such disgust that i wouldnt have ever thought him to be the manager with his actions very unprofessional. It down right astonished me when she came back to explain who he was and what was going on. I was embarrassed to had witnessed it and if he would have walked through the unit like she asked him to do to prove his ridiculous accusations to be wrong and misguided but I don't think that he was ready to feel like an idiot at that point in time after poking his chest out at her the the way he did, he would have clearly seen that he was wrong. I hate to put her business out there but something needs to be said about him people need to be warned. ... Read more

My unit was broken into and after a year of being there I had to find out the hard way that their security is not what they claimed it to be and the people who robbed me got away with it. When calling the manager to report the robbery and get camera footage and find out about the insurance I was under the impression I was paying into the whole time and that is also stated on the Website included in the monthly payment but was told by manager I suddenly didn't have and all this was told to me after being the 3 person robbed there in less then 2 week period by the manager Greg with nothing but straight attitude and extremely rude like it was my fault and how dare I ask about the cameras or question about the lack of security and the insurance I've been paying for more then a year. Most places would have offered a few months rent free for misleading and false advertising and misrepresentation after being robbed but no I was pressured and still am being pressured to make sure I pay my bill and pay it on time even tho you just had $700 cash most of which was my rent money, plus more them $1000 in tools and over 7,000 pieces of jewelry taken because their gate hadn't been closed every night for the past 1 1/2 months. I have also put in to have my bulbs changed for about 4 months now and still has not been dealt with. And I have asked more them 3 dozen times for the number to the owner or to have the owner call me and still nothing. Actually I was threaten to take my last post about storage zone down and if I didn't then I would be kicked out. We'll something needs to be said and done about this and since I'm not able to speak to the owner cause I can't believe that the owner could no about everything that has been going on at least all that I have been going thru every since Mr Greg has started working there and all the problems I've had and just allowing this to go on at his facility. I just can't imagine he would allow it to go on. So hopefully this will reach the owner and he may get a hold of me please. I would like to try to resolve what has been going on cause I'm trying not to have to take any other route. I like my unit I like this place but I don't like how I have been treated and how things have been handled. And I'm hoping to be able to change this review into something postive... ... Read more

Took out monthly payment even though none was due. Patrick is a total idiot as he told me one thing in person and another on phone when I called about the charges. Had to call him back a few hours later and it will take 10 days to get money back. Don't use them ... Read more
