I had the pleasure of speaking with CONSTANCE @ the Orange Park location and she was truly able to help me solve my storage needs. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped to eliminate the stress of moving while finding solutions both logistically and financially. Her customer service should be noticed because she made me feel secure, safe and confident in my decision. Thank You So Much...Cooper The Trucker ... Read more

WOW these people absolutely don’t care about customers they are in a hurry to auction off your stuff. I began calling last month to give them a new credit card and can’t get anyone to help me. It’s just broken stuff from a broken life but I’ve kept it for years and spent more than it’s worth keeping it and they are taking it from me against my will. BEWARE bad bad business! ! ! ... The inside storage seems very unsecure. I felt the doors seemed unsecure as well. The door that leads to the unit doesn't have a lock. There is a gate to the place, but anyone (or anything) can just run the gate and gain access. Wasn't impressed with service either. ... Read more

I’ve been at this place for months and out of the blue they hiked my rate to 150% of what I’ve been paying. Already looking to move out but figured I’d warn potential other customers first. Connie is an absolute sweetheart, so helpful and kind. My rating has nothing to do with her. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
