The people that work at this location are awesome. The company is criminal. Got a unit. Raised the price a month or two later by 20 bucks I thought for adding a secondary payment I still haven't used. Didn't have time to fight it. Couple months after that I get an email: Your rate has increased by another $20. Your unit is more useful for them to sell than you to store there. And I got mine only to sell things I've bought. Mostly from them. So... In 4 months, as a new customer, my rent has increased 90%. ... Read more

I had the pleasure to tour the property today for a storage unit for some of my Business itmes. I can agree that this location is very well maintained, kept clean. The manager who assisted me was very knowledgeable and polite. Rosa, who said she has been with this company for many years should honestly get a raise. It's hard to find hard working/loyal people now a days. ... Read more

People please read, do not buy a lock from home depot or the department store. They will get picked. And doesn't have a crook for a friend or a family member. They come in, pick the lock like they're picking up their own stuff. You wouldn't know the difference... The insurance company will not help you if you do not have receipts for everything that was stolen even if you pay the extra insurance. I .. They take the things that are in front that are close that they can get to with out spending alotbof time . When you go back to your storage unit, the first thing you'll notice is there's like an extra foot or two of room. And then you realize oh wait i've been robbed.. Maybe the lock was a little sticky. You thought.. Do your researchDo your research make sure that the place has cameras that are working.Tell them you want to see them working. Not just at the gate, but on your in the parking lot where your stuff is.There are plenty of other companies for storage that have just as good a.Prices, public storage does not help you once you know had your stuff stolen.I've talked to many people just like me That this has happened too.. I have lost hundreds. Maybe I can help someone. If you buy a fifty dollar lock, there are better chances. They cannot pick it. They can pick the master lock, very easy for sure ... Read more

Do not rent a unit at this location. 2275 N. Semoran in Orlando Florida. After the fourth month this Public Storage increased my rental price by almost $15 while under contract. Even after removing my personal property on the 1st of the month, a final bill was sent for $50. The total monthly rental was $68.20. You can't justify $50 for one day when the total cost of one month rental is $68.20 ... Read more

I don't normally take my time to recommend something or a specific place, but today was the exception. I visited the public storage at 2275 N Semoran and was attended by a very professional woman named ROSA, attentive and willing to answer all my questions. That type of person should be in each of the establishments of this company. If my comment could help ROSA receive some type of reward for excellently performing her job, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you very much for your help, ROSA. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
