What made this experience work and exceptional was Parker Warren. He was able to help me finish the process of securing my storage unit. The links to set-up my storage unit were not working properly through multiple attempts. We walked through the process as I was dealing with it and he was able to by-pass the issues and get everything completed. Kudos to Parker! I feel like it wouldn’t have been completed without him because of the system glitches. I have rented through Public Storage multiple times and recommend them as a safe and clean and trusted storage facility. ... Read more

They get you to sign; then jack your rate up over 75% after the first month. Bait and switch. Terrible company. Also, absolutely terrible customer service. They spam your email and phone with 20 messages a day and won’t let you unsubscribe. Their customer service is beyond rude and won’t help with any issues (Ley). So frustrated i’m trying to cancel and rent elsewhere, but shocker they won’t let me do that either!! Could not recommend a company less… ... Read more

I was looking at a few places to rent a storage unit but I decided to go with this one for one reason: the human experience. I talked to the manager at this location and she was the first to recognize I was disabled and talked me through the options that were available and how their location might impact the move in process. It meant a lot that they took the time to really consider my needs and make sure I felt comfortable through the whole process. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
