This public storage is by far the most broken unhelpful public storage there is! Their elevators are broken on almost a daily basis. I have multiple units here and all they do is downgrade your business and not help you out. The employees working there are great but the management absolutely sucks. With elevators being broken multiple times in the month and us as customers we’re not even able to access our storage units that we are paying full price for is ridiculous and on top of that they don’t even try to help you out with a refund or some sort of help back for all the business loss they give to customers, all they do is tell you I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. Very very bad business and I hope the owner sees this so he can wake his team up because at this point it feels like your just taking our money without us even being able to access the storage units. Hopefully a change will happen! Till then this place is runned horribly and without care for customers. ... Read more

Skye was amazing. She was so patient and very knowledgeable about the site and storage sizes and availability. She went above and beyond her duties because she was leaving and decided to go back to the office and take care of us. She needs a raise because no one does that. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
