Awesome property manager, who’s very engaging and helpful. Very stressful time in my life and Michael made me feel safe & well cared for. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised that the office was exceptionally CLEAN. IM a retired environmental, health and safety engineer who knows how important to one’s health and safety to have a clean work environment. Plus, it’s not just about health it’s also about presentation to the public. ... Read more

I am very disappointed with the management at this Public Storage location. I am out of town and recently received an email saying my lock was tampered with or not locking properly. I have no one to check on my unit, so I called the property manager several times about this and other concerns, leaving voicemails with no response. This week she called me about a different matter but has never called me when I had urgent concerns. I chose this location because I was excited to store my belongings here, but the lack of communication and poor responsiveness have been frustrating. I did not pay this month’s rent yet because I thought I would be back in town, and when my plans changed I informed her I would pay at the end of the month. Security and communication should not depend on when rent is paid. ... Read more

DONT DO IT!! I’ve had a storage unit here since Oct 2024.. the price went up in March 2025 and it’s going up again in Sept 2025…. And we get a message saying we are a “valued customer” HOW??! There is no value in the customers when you have raised the rates twice in a year!!!! RIP-OFF…. I’m waiting for a call from the Manager… I’m getting my stuff out of this place!!! RIP-OFF!!!! ... My experience has been terrible. It took 3 to 4 hours to setup a unit over the phone. Customer service was no help. The phone prompts did not work. The website does not provide accurate account information. I have received text messages saying that auto-pay did not work and I owe money. I check the website and it says I have paid as well as my credit card statement. The website also shows that I owe more money each month and Customer Service can't explain. I wish I never rented units from them, but not going to hire movers again to clear out 3 units. I feel stuck. I have to call today and I am dreading it. It will be hours that I will not get back.... ... Read more
