parking spaces for trailers are a little confusing. Maybe i’m slow, but they don’t make it very obvious. they give you a letter and a number, P30 for example. you look around and can’t find P, but you see numbers. is this P? Is it L? Who knows? i called customer service, and they were little help because they weren’t actually there. the experience would’ve been a lot smoother if they had someone in-store. this is the trade off you get for cheaper lots. Hope this helps. ... Read more

Not a big fan. They have now raised my rates significantly I believe 3 times in 6 months. I went from 60 something plus 11 dollar mandatory insurance up to now $98 monthly without an explanation as to why. My rent was then increased to $112 then $127 & I was just notified of yet another increase this time it's gone up $42! $57 with the mandatory insurance! So now they expect me to pay them $154 a month! This is bullshit! I would NEVER recommend anyone using this company! They claim to be improving the property and my experience with them with rate increases but I swear in the many years I've been there NOTHING has improved about the property or my experience with them! I am now actively seeking to take my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone else consider leaving them too! It's highway robbery plain incompetent people in charge. ... Read more

Beware this company they will take advantage of you. They will not except proper payments, when you move And can no longer show up in person. We put our stuff in there while we were stationed in Georgia. We have had nothing but trouble since GO Store It took over. They have raised our rates over and over. The current manager Cory will lie to your face even when you have paperwork in your hand that he signed that says something different. Run run away as fast as you can. Literally use any storage facility but this one. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
