I recently bought a unit from auction. DONT GO HERE! Mass infestations of fleas roaches and mice. No traps in units! Absolutely disgusting and I seen roaches scramble to other units while I was unloading! No manager ever contacted me back after I called and left messages! This place is DISGUSTING! ... Read more

First of all, they switch companies and don’t let you know they just do it Since the new company has taken over there’s been nothing but hassle unprofessional. If you’re late on your payment, they harass you call you text you email you but when you make the payment, they don’t send you the new code for the lock. You’re supposed to wait. I’m paid up. I want to get in you leave a message. They’ll call you back. Do not call me back, very unprofessional can’t wait to be done with this I will never use them again ... Read more

If this place could have zero stars I would!! This place is known for high theft and poor security for belongings. Staff is very unhelpful and does A HORRIBLE job of maintaining any sort of organization for people’s property. My dads BRAND NEW trailer was stolen three months in despite having locks on the wheels and a cover over it. They are unable to help find any clear footage to find the person who stole it. All one person needs is a code to get in and out, there are no records of these codes kept so if someone shares their code it’s basically a free for all. Do not confide in this place if you don’t care about your belongings. ... Read more

Clean, safe and sécure. When I do need to speak with someone. I get a human someone and not have to go through a Bot!! Very happy the company hasn't gone automated completely. This is my second time renting a unit. I don't think I'd go any other place. It'd be great if repeats get an even better discount. Just planting a seed. ... Read more

Do not store your items here unless you don’t care about them. We just moved to the state from across the country and put every single item we own into one of their largest storage units that we rent out. We rented here for two months. When we went to go look at the unit at the end of October, it had been infested with rats and everything was ruined. It is important to note that there was absolutely no food whatsoever in my storage unit to attract them. As we knew our stuff was going to be in storage for a little bit and we did not want to attract insects or rodents. There was feces and urine everywhere. Upon further inspection once we started emptying out our storage unit, there was actually a dead rat in the storage unit itself. We then noticed these little packets of rodent killer that had not been there previously when we moved in. This facility does not allow you to use your own lock and therefore they make you use the lock that comes with the unit and they have the lock codes too. That being said, they opened my unit noticed there was rodents and just threw in the packets of rodent killer, and never informed me of what happened. Most of my stuff was ruined. A mattress was completely destroyed, and everything had to be washed that was salvageable. We had put all of our clothes in little airtight zip up bags, and the rats chewed through them, and there was feces and urine all throughout. My kids’ stuffed animals, linens, everything was destroyed. The only things we could keep were wood furniture pieces, such as end tables, but we had to bleach them and sanitize them because they were covered in feces and urine as well. I strongly suggest nobody rents here, unless they don’t care about their stuff. ... Read more
