Not able to get in touch with anyone since the new owners took over. I've been with them ever since 2013,there is no phone number listed. My payment is due to come out on the 3rd they wait till the 7th-11th to take it out. The number on the letters I receive is no longer in working order. ... Read more

Just wanted a place to store some stuff but, I cannot ever get in touch with anyone. I've been by there a few times during business hours, I even drove through on non-business hours. I've called them 10 or more times, no one ever answers (during business hours). One time someone actually called me back about 3 or 4 minutes after they missed a call from me. When I answered, no one said anything... I could tell someone was coherent on the other end of the phone, I even heardchildren in the background... "hello, hello, hellooo" CLICK! They literally just hung up (lol wth). It was so clear that they where just calling back out of curiousity of who was calling their phone. Anyway, that's enough red-flags for me... I have no problemo with taking my business somewhere else. Speculation; I've never done business with these guys so I cannot say for certain. BUT (Big but), after reading some reviews, after never being able to contact them, them never answering the phone, not being there during business ours (possibly just bad timing), and after the immaturity of calling me and not saying anything then abruptly hanging up (I called back right away they still didn't answer) on me...? I would conclude that; "We need them, they don't need us" type of attitude. No thanks ... Read more

I had 2 storage units rented with EVERYTHING I owned in them, including my daughters belongings and I payed my rent every month on time. I played up for 3 months & went back to get some of my things and discovered they had sold my warehouses!! The only thing they could tell me was it happened due to a glitch in the computer!! None of my stuff was offered to be replaced! Not including the stuff that could have never been replaced! Not trustworthy! ... Read more

This place will make threats to sell your property at the drop of a hat. Just after renting space from them , and my first rent was due, I got messages from them threatening to sell my belongings if I didn't pay within a couple of days. I was only a few days past due when that happened. I contacted local authorities and the magistrates office about it. I was informed that he could not legally do anything for a specified amount of time and there were processes he had to go through for it to be legal. During that time, I had been trying to contact him to make payment but he was never there or answering the phone. I am now being tol, through email, that I have to pay property lien fees and two months rent or my stuff will be sold at auction. The second month that he wants is due today. It is not past due. They are not even open today, but I got an email during the early morning hours making these threats. Over several days, we have tried to call to make payment and been by the office several times but he is hardly ever there and not answering the phone again. Looks like I need to talk to the owners of this business, and the authorities again. This time, maybe I should have them make contact. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

The facility at 5272 Highway 225 North offers 24/7 access, allowing you to visit your unit at your convenience.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.
