Hi, My experience was with Tiffany mostly, I went to 4 locations trying to find the right size for my vehicle, all the different locations the folks were nice and helpful. However, Miss Tiffany went the extra mile in assuring me that it would fit base on her experience. She was right finally, I was able to transfer to her location. Everything went great! Thanks Tiffany and she's very nice and I recommend a raise. People like her are hard too find. She is truly and asset to your company. Thank ... Read more

Do not rent at this place because they have mold, moisture and rodent infestation you you can’t find anybody on the property when you need them. Nothing‘s being repaired. The lights in my hallway was out for weeks. I had to use a flashlight when I went to my storage unit. ... Read more

RAT AND MOLD INFESTED! Spend your money somewhere else! If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Let's start off by saying I don't understand how little miss Jessica that works in the office has an attitude when dealing with people that are renting spaces from this facility especially after I just lost thousands of dollars because of mold and rat feces on all of my stuff! Girl get it together and if you can't have empathy for people who just literally everything you need to be in another line of business. I've used public storage before and never had any issues until i rented from this space. Honestly the pictures do NOT do justice to what I encountered. The smell from the mold and rat feces/urine was horrible. There was also a smell of old water mixed in. I can't really describe how horrible the unit smelled. The only things we tried to salvage was the items taped in boxes but even the boxes were damp and smelly. All of my furniture, couches, mattresses, beds, dressers, clothes, tables, chairs, pillows, even the firestick remote had mold on it (which i do have a picture of). There was a hole in the mattress filled with rat feces and mold. I've NEVER experienced this from public storage, and I've had these same things in storage before. I've spent a lot of money on my items and took pride in them and maintained them well. Everything was washed and cleaned before being put in the storage. I've been to the unit a few times and the first time we noticed rat feces i cantacted the office and asked what can be done, here goes the genius jessica with the dumb question of "Do you have food in there?" Now why would I have food in there?! NO! In a very nonchalant tone well call orange door insurance and hung up. Not to mention the time we went and a tree fell on top of some units and the roof was damaged for a while. Thankfully that didnt happen to my specific unit but it was only a couple units down from mine. Then when I went to move my stuff out that is when we made the gruesome discovery of the rat and mold infestation all on and in my furniture! When I called the next morning, met with an attitude yet again by Jessica, i informed her of the situation and asked what can be done, call orange door and clean everythinv out yiur unit or i can't close it out. I told her that's their problem bug ill clean the stiff out the unit. I did just that, moved it, right by the unit, you can cleab it from there. Of course miss mamas called with an attitude to tell me shes going to charge me 75.00 (which they'll never see from me) you said get it out the unit and even when we went to clean stuff out the unit, there was more rat feces and more things were tore up with holes in the items that were left! I am highly pissed that this is what happened to me and the lack of concern/help from the storage facility employees. I've spent entirely too much money with them and then they have the nerve to up the rent! The insurance company had more empathy than the employees. ... Read more

Decided to update this locations hours for them since they have not publicly posted them and people are wasting their time.... Upon talking to customer service location is not accessible to general public. LOCATION IS APPOINTMENT ONLY. 9:30 is the earliest time they offered fyi (in which we refused). Please don't think you can load up your truck and go here and purchase a storage, you cannot. Location is only open to the general public by appointment only. Even when making a reservation online, you still will not have access to your storage. Please be careful paying for storage online as it seems it will take a couple of days to gain access and your paying rent for days to a storage you don't even access to. Gate code given will not work gate. ... Read more
