Storage Depot if I could give a zero I would. Please don't rent here. The moment I put my stuff in there I got robbed. And nobody cared first thing was said do u have insurance. Yes I do my own but that's not the point. I'm not going to go deep as I want to but just know I have pictures to prove it all.. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. And fyi u can never get a hold of manager. Never return calls nthn The manager from FL called me and got things done for me. I beg please don't rent here. I've had the same two storage units at this same location for over 15 years. The Storage Depot people are the third owner. They have owned the location for about two years. In that time they have doubled my rent on the units and badgered me about "renter's insurance" which I have always had, all the while maintaining the location in the worst physical condition of any of the three owners I've rented from. Since their last rent increase, I have been actively looking for another location and intend to cease doing business with these people as soon as I can. ... Read more

Unit leaked and always had water in it. Brought it to their attention when Storage Depot took over from Byrd’s in 2020 and nothing was ever fixed - see pics of water still in my unit 3 years later. Always raised prices but never fixed anything. Charged me $12 for insurance randomly one month even though I gave them a copy of my policy 3 years prior. There are a lot of newer, better maintained units available at other companies that are climate-controlled for around the same price for twice the space. The location was convenient, but that’s the only positive I saw. ... Read more

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
