NIRVC was a wonderful experience. They really take care of the customer. We picked up our new Entegra Esteem without any issues (except the Atlanta traffic LOL). During the evening we found a leak in our shower drain. They took our coach back very quickly the next day. They diagnosed, videoed the issue. They corrected a factory flaw in the drain pipe which took the better part of the day. Over the past three decades we have bought many different RVs from different dealerships. Overall excellent experience with NIRVC Atlanta. We were very fortunate to have Christy Graham as our sales person. From the very beginning she helped us secure the right motorhome that fit our needs and was very attentive to every detail of the sale. I brought my 2021 Jayco Seneca to NIRVC to repair my dinette slide out. They repaired it, but their $717 dollar repair only lasted for 3 in and out trips of the slide. As they state in the attached invoice they cut the shaft and then drilled new holes for attachment to the gears. The problem with this solution, is that they drilled the holes to close to the end of the shaft and there was not enough metal to withstand the torque when being moved in and out. Basically bad engineering. Another huge issue is that now I had to solve this issue for myself. I am not an RV expert. I contacted Lippert the manufacturer of the slide mechanism. The new replacement part costs $12.99 plus shipping. It is held on the shaft with 2 bolts, one on each end. My wife who is not an RV mechanic, or not mechanical at all replaced both sides of this shaft and all four bolts in under 1 hour. At this point, I really have to question the honesty of NIRVC. If it took my wife 1 hour, why did they bill me for 3 hours work form a professional RV mechanic? I would think this person, being highly skilled and billing at an expensive hourly rate, would be able to do this in much less time and money than my wife. Lastly in closing, I was trying to work out a settlement with NIRVC and one of their supervisors, Justin Townley. He sent me an email stating NIRVC would like to work this out please wait till Monday. Then he and NIRVC proceeded to ghost me. That was 10 days ago. I have attached the last email from Mr Townley for your review as well. I cannot recommend NIRVC as a place I will ever do business again. They are not honest, definitely do not respect their customers, and they do shoddy repairs in my opinion! ... Read more

Christy Graham is the best. We met her 2 years ago when we started to look for an upgraded RV for our gas motorhome. Over 2 years we stopped by 3-4 times learning more each time. Once we figured out what we were looking for she helped us find the correct “new to us” Coach for our needs/wants. She was very helpful with our trade and all of the “We Owe” items after the sale. My wife & I decided that we would update our RV as a retirement present to ourselves. This would be our 4th motorhome & we did a lot of research to determine what would be the perfect rig for our retirement years. We chose an Entegra Vision XL 31UL as our #1 choice & started shopping around. All our previous motorhomes were used/private party sales, but the 31UL was Entegra’s new model in 2025, so it looked like we’d actually have to go to a dealer (which I dreaded!). Local dealers were not very impressive, so we were thinking of heading to the Hershey RV show. But then I remembered that somewhere during our research I had come across NIRVC & I went back and took a really good look at all their information and reviews. I was very impressed with Owner Brett Davis’s business model. I said “damn why isn’t there one of these in New England!” Looking through their listings we found that they had exactly the unit we were looking for (one in Ga. & one in Tn. - both at a very good price). I sent an email with some questions through their website & was contacted by Christy Graham from Ga.. After numerous conversations back and forth, as well as Christy’s live video walk-through of the unit, we decided this was meant to be & maybe a “road trip” was in order! Christy & the NIRVC team answered any questions we had, accommodated us on anything we asked for, & guided us through every step of the way. NIRVC had an awesome “Fly & Buy” program available, but we decided to make a little 2 week 2,222 mile end-of-summer vacation out of it. We rented a car one-way in order to bring our dog and some other items we would need for our slow trip home in the new rig. We arrived & received their “Blue Bow” presentation of our new rig on Sept. 11th. It was in absolute “showroom” condition! Paperwork went smooth with no-haggle pricing, no upsells, no scammy tactics at all! They spent hours with us showing us everything about the rig. They had us stay on-site in their gated lot for two nights to try everything out & make a list of any problems we saw. The first morning we had a small list that they went over with us & then took the rig right into the shop. They have a beautiful waiting area, but we went out exploring for the day, & the rig was back in our spot when we returned. The second night went great & then we were off, taking a great week long trip home, staying at Harvest Hosts and a couple campgrounds. The whole NIRVC experience was totally awesome! So we took our 2017 Entegra Aspire there to have road bands installed. They were installed in about 3 hours. I was amazed by this facility. We traveled from Harrisburg PA . That is the closest. Unfortunately, about 6 weeks ago, they had a facility outside of Washington DC. Of course that would have been more convenient but gave us a chance to explore Georgia. We visited Stone Mountain as well as Gibbs Gardens. This facility is large. They have about 30 bays. In addition they appear to store RVs there as well. ... Read more

Just picked up our new 2025 Entendre Accolade and could not be happier with NIRVC! I found them on Google when researching RV brands and was impressed with their Google rating. Hubby and I went to look over a lunch break… just walked in…. and was introduced to Christy Graham. Talk about someone that knows what she’s doing!!! She spent hours with us and helped us find the perfect coach for our needs. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about working with Christy and the rest of NIRVC! Tamora helped us with financing and paperwork… again spending all the time with us that we needed. We never felt rushed. Love this dealership in Surprise, AZ. We weren’t planning on purchasing — just looking to compare two floor plans of a coach we were interested in. They were getting ready for a big RV Show the next day. We fell in love with and purchased all in two days. Will be picking it up early April. We had a fantastic experience consigning our Newmar Superstar with NIRVC of Atlanta. From the first time I made contact with Miles Gaultney to the transaction closing, it was nothing but a smooth experience. Yes, you pay a commission but they take care of everything. We had the best experience getting our first RV! Jeremy Morrow is the one who helped us. If you want a coach that matches every single thing you asked for and in your budget, ASK FOR JEREMY!!We went to so many different RV places before we came here and nobody ever took us serious, or helped us that much. When we came here Jeremy treated us amazing right from the start, he took us very serious, he answered every single question we had, he was very knowledgeable, he even stayed way past closing time one day just to help us find our perfect coach and explain everything to us. I told him what I wanted (light colors, modern, big, and in my budget) and he found me the most perfect coach. He has given us so much of his time and so much help, this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
