I don't know how this facility has such positive reviews. I assume they've implemented some sort of incentive to get customers to share a positive review. My own personal experience with this facility is that your stuff is NOT secure and they DONT care, despite their name. My partner and I chose this facility because of the cost (at the time, it was $27 a month, but a month later, the rent increased to $39). We had a unit from May - August of 2024. In July our unit was broken into and our totes were rummaged through and many sentimental items were stolen. Now, even if we had insurance, you cannot get sentimental items back, like most people that use storage units, we simply utilized the location to store things that did not fit in our Rv, which we live in fulltime. I have never felt so violated in my entire life. For your own peace of mind -- DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY, even if it is cheap, the hassle and emotional trauma is not worth it. The staff member that was there when we discovered our unit had been broken into said they "walk the perimeter daily" but they lied, the police statement says otherwise, our unit went several days without a lock before they noticed and oh so graciously called to let us know. And in case you were still considering this location, know that this is a frequent happening. They obviously will not be transparent and share that with you because they want your business, but I firmly suggest you take your business elsewhere. This facility may be "gated" but a gate does not stop a thief from ransacking your unit. Our unit was right by the back entrance, and you can actually just slide between the gate, it is also motion censored so if someone sneaks in that way all they have to do is stand there and the gate will then open and they can drive their car inside. A gate also does not stop a thief from following someone in, if a renter were to leave and a thief is at the gate, they can easily drive in after. This facility does not have cameras covering the lot. The only cameras they have face their office and the main gate, when we were robbed we could do absolutely nothing because there was no camera footage, not even at the back entrance. The indoor units apparently have cameras, but that will not stop a thief. Your stuff is not safe here, and even if you have a "good" lock, I would suggest you store your stuff at a facility that has legitimate security coverage and is monitored 24/7, and at the very least is well lit. If you drive by this place at night, it is dark and looks like the perfect place for thieves to crawl all over. The overall attitude while we dealt with this was "that sucks, it happens all the time". When you pay someone to store your things, the very least you expect is for them to keep them safe. This facility needs to prioritize security and camera coverage. We were told that the staff had been asking corporate for cameras for a long time but that corporate wouldn't oblige, and even the trail cams staff would set out would get stolen as well and was ineffective in deterring thieves. The staff at the time were okay to communicate with, at the time there was management turnover so we had some difficulty getting our stuff out. The seemingly cheap price is not worth the price, I try to take advantage of my job where I work with a lot of the public and I will tell anyone that will listen that this is not a place you want to give money to. As far as anyone in Newnan and surrounding areas is concerned, this place has a bad reputation and is not a good place to store your possessions. ... Read more

I have never in my life seen a company as coldhearted and don’t care about someone that’s had a storage building for over two years and will not work with them at all with their families items. I am the only one left in my family and I am out of state I have Sacrificed and have always had my storage bill paid no matter how bad I had to suffer. I got it paid. This is the sorry company ever I hope that everyone that has anything to do with this company suffers for the rest of their life ... Read more

So far so good, decent prices for decent facility, this is the second time I've used them in the last 10 years. I would recommend them over some others for the convenience of location and prices. The employees and management are nice enough too. Just know around lunch time that someone may not be in the office. But at least you can thankfully find a real human being during regular hours, almost every other storage facility has gone techno only which for me is a tech No. There should always be a human presence and option. ... DO NOT USE, absolutely horrible had not been to my storage, since last spring noticed some minor water damage from a leak. Told manager about it and they said no problem they would fix it. Went to get some stuff out 2 days ago, not only had they not fixed it it had gotten worse, add to that the rat infestation and all the ruined things we had in it OMG! Needless to say we have since moved I am so saddened by some of the things lost. See the pictures. ... Read more

So they apparently they put in a new gate system. Currently sitting at the gate, it’s 8:15AM, and cannot access the facility because 1) it says it doesn’t recognize our code and 2) it says the facility is currently closed. The Gate also is showing the wrong time. It would have been nice to know via email at least that there was a new a new system installed. I know they have my email because I get the receipts monthly. Such a frustrating situation when you need to access your stuff in a timely manner. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
