Do not RENT here!! I rented climate controlled units with lights. They were working until I moved in, then 8 days later, I did NOT have lights nor climate controlled. I pay for service, if you can’t keep the amenities all 30 days, please don’t expect for me to pay for 30 days. The repairs are not being done, it’s like pulling teeth. High turn over, people are NOT trained and Don’t know what they’re doing. ... Read more

BEWARE??- BEWARE?? - BEWARE?? IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! Do you see all of the mold on my $375 office chair? It had to be thrown away before I even left the storage place!!! Mold on my livingroom furniture. Mold on my black office chair. Water stains on my printer box! How I got pictures of my things that had mildew...the two guys that were loading my truck took the pictures as they came across each of my things that had mold and water stains on them and they texted them to me. Before I left the facility, I went to the office and talked with one of the women there. I asked her if she could come with me to my storage unit so that I could show her the mold on some of my belonging and the water mark on my printer box. She was very hesitant and after standing there talking with her for several minutes, I finally convinced her to go with me to my unit. By the time I was able to get her to come and look, all of my things were on the truck because I had movers load my things on the moving truck. So, since my office chair was totally ruined because it was covered with mold, I left it sitting by the storage. She looked at it and all she could say was "you can't leave it there or we will have to charge you to depose of it. I asked her how much and I think she said $35. I told her I would have it removed because I want paying them another fine! When we went back to the office, I asked her...isn't this a client control facility? She said yes it is. I said we'll usually they are a lot cooler than this. Then I told her that on the wall where the storages are, the thermostat said 78 degrees. Then I said it's freezing in this office and it should be that cold in the storage area. She said she agreed but they are NOT allowed to turn it lower than 67 degrees. I remember thinking "WOW, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ANYONE'S BELONGINGS...!! She gave me a business card and told me to file a claim and to send pictures of everything and email them. I told her it would have to wait about a week and I also told her that i already had the pictures thanks to the movers and she said on. Shortly after I moved, I sent her the pictures that the movers sent me. Several weeks passed by and I received an email from the insurance company stating that they needed the prices for my things that were ruined. I submitted that. Within that email was a statement from the women that worked at Prime Storage and she basically lied on me. I must have called the insurance company at least 6 times and sent a text message before I finally talked to someone. He was never reachable...go figure ?? Weeks go by and then I receive yet another email from the insurance company telling that mold and mildew in (GET THIS) NOT covered by my insurance. So...I paid extra money for insurance for nine months and that's not covered?! I'm pissed off to the highest pistivity because the facility is claiming to be climate controlled and it wasn't which caused the mold and mildew on my belongings yet the insurance doesn't pay for it! PIME STORAGE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND TURN YOUR DAMN AIR TO A COOLER TEMPERATURE SO THAT PEOPLE'S THINGS WILL NOT GET RUINED?? ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Prime Storage (GA14) - 1415 Baytree Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Prime Storage (GA14) - 1415 Baytree Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 20 to 450 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Prime Storage (GA14) - 1415 Baytree Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $79 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $771 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
