This area has had multiple break ins. After you get broken into they just refer to your insurance taking care of the missing things. This is an inside job. They know you will get broken into but they will look the other way. Do not rent from these crooks. You will loose your belongings here. ... Read more

I just rented a unit , Go to put my stuff in. They had the gate open due to it being broken( was informed of this) well I go back today, to add a few things I found . The gate was broken. There was 3 people there , me & someone behind me pulling in. Man showed me his phone that he had been calling since 9am & waiting for someone to get there ( it’s 10:30ish) . I called about 1030ish . Told her that there was a total of 6 cars & one was a Madison county truck & one was a man that has been waiting for 2 hrs, she stopped me in the middle of finishing talking & replied “ He is a lier ! He has not been there for 2 hrs “ So I just said okay & ended the call. When they came out, still couldn’t get the gate open. They had to open the side gate.So if your looking for something that you need access to asap ( even during their gate hours) this is not the place for you. Also with what people that was waiting there & the reviews on here, this has been an ongoing issue for years that no one wants to fix. I did reach out to the mayor ( he is trying to fix up our town & get rid of business that are bring a bad name to our community or fine them . Will update with solution ... Read more

1. I got into a unit at $100/mo, a year later it's $250/mo when getting a new unit of my size still goes for $100. This company is a scam ring. They get you in and 6 months later start jacking the price up 30% every other month. 2. Their gate only works maybe 10% of the time, it's CONSTANTLY broke. I'm paying for a company to hold my stuff hostage 90% of the time. I run a business and I've had to delay jobs multiple times because of their constantly broken gate. Now they just leave the wide open so anyone can go in there. Which leaves me to my next point.. 3. People live in the units, have pets there and break into other people's units. It's a huge problem. And if something is stolen, they point blame and do not accept responsibility as if it's your fault, they offer no reimbursement even though they charge you for "insurance". 4. Their customer service is non-existant. If have any issues, there's literally no one to talk to. Just an automated line that serves no purpose at all except to waste your time. I'm genuinely confused how this company is LEGALLY still in business, I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy. ... Read more

edit: this is the fourth time i've been locked out of the storage unit and it's been out of service but no one will let me in to see if my stuff is even still inside. please avoid this place. literally broken glass everywhere. paying for a climate controlled unit but the air conditioning has not been on once. all of my things are ruined and i can't even get in to check on them because they locked the building without fixing any of the pinpads. now there is no way to get in unless the property manager is present. awesome to not be notified about this while the property manager was on vacation for a week and i needed to move. avoid this place. never again. ... Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Storage Rentals of America - 3117 West Chain of Rocks Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Storage Rentals of America - 3117 West Chain of Rocks Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 600 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Storage Rentals of America - 3117 West Chain of Rocks Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $27 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $203 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
