Everything was fine, but being forced to choose Insurance online. After processing online reservation and Payment. You have to sign off on documents with same questions and I waived it. And was told that at the desk, I have to bring in my policy. Seriously! If you choose not to have insurance you shouldn’t be held to do so. ... Read more

Was great until they randomly changed my rental price from roughly 70 dollars to 130, called customer support when I went to pay and saw the price difference, they said only the store can so anything. I didn't and do not have the spare funds for that much increase and I'm honestly livid. Im picking up my things tomorrow morning and closing my rental absolutely awful experience now. Would never recommend i thought they were great but guess I was wrong. ... Read more

After 3/4 years, my rate went from in the 50's to nearly 100 dollars for the smallest storage unit. I check their site, and the current rate shown for this size is still only $60, with a new member rate at 39/ month. My rates go up multiple times a year. Essentially, you continuously keep paying more as a loyal customer so new people can get better promotion rates than you received years before them. There are cheaper indoor storage units in the area that are temperature controlled, so why I'm paying this rate for the smallest outdoor unit is beyond any logic. If you can afford to give new member a 39/ month rate, there's no reason I should be paying nearly $100 for this size unit. Edit: No matter the time of day, I haven't been able to reach anyone on the phone in the last 2 years, and every time I go there to speak to someone, the office is locked and closed, again, regardless of the time of day. There was a day I spent nearly 30 minutes waiting to see someone while I tried to search for my code in my photo history. I found the photo, still no one in the building. The cart was out front, so they weren't in there taking anyone to a unit. I went and spent about 25 minutes going through my storage, and still no one was in the building when I left. ... Read more

Never the review I want to leave but I feel everyone deserves to know. I would no longer consider this a safe facility for your belongings. MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO over the weekend and had A LOT stolen from me. When I asked about security footage, I was told there's no cameras by any of the unit doors or aisles, only the front entrance. What good are security cameras by the front entrance only if you cant tell what vehicles were where? Speaking of the front entrance, the giant security gate that's supposed to help keep people out that don't have a code to get in, it hardly ever works! Anyone can just drive right in at all hours of the day/night. It's been broken for probably longer than a month straight now and this isn't the first time. It's still broken as of this morning at 6am and wide open The owners need to do some serious evaluating on what business they're running here because security of peoples belongings should be NUMBER ONE. A police report was filed and they basically didn't know what to tell me other than sorry and couldn't believe there's no security cameras buy the unit doors. The insult to all of this, is when they called me on Sunday to tell me "there's no lock on the unit and the door is open", they immediately sent me a link asking for 5 star review. Are you kidding me? Asking me for a 5 star review after my unit was just ransacked due to what was probably because of your weeks on end open gate policy inviting everyone that doesn't belong there inside. Are you nuts? Fix your business and get proper security for you clients. One nice thing to say is the property manager Bret is awesome and very nice. ... Read more
