UPDATE: After reading Joos (counterpost) talking about court & slander, which I believe speaks volumes to the sliminess of the company, I've reposted my 'opinion' review. After management changed hands we stopped using the storage unit after 5 years of being perfectly happy. When we turned in our keys we got a bill for another month and fees for a spot on the floor that I believe was there when we started. I feel that they take every opportunity to try & charge bogus fees & take advantage of customers. If I had to do it over again, I would not get into business with this company. If I had heard people talk about what I feel now, I would have made sure I had taken pictures, documentation & hired a lawyer in order to cancel the storage unit. It was such a hassle to just rent a box. Now when we try to voice our opinion….sheesh. I would say not the easiest to get along with. ?? ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
