    I’ve been with this storage company since Oct of 2021. They have protected my belongings and worked with me on my rent and past due bills so well. I started using them when I lost my apartment across the street from them during the whole COVID pandemic. I used their U-Haul to clean out my apartment and then store my belongings that were not going to New Mexico with me. I moved out of state to care for my sick and dying mother in law. The belongings they’ve held are family heirlooms and priceless things from my son growing up. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a storage company. I’ve been granted such grace from this company and helped along this path I’ve been on for several years knowing that they were here to store my things with great care and integrity. Their owner is awesome and so is their office manager Becky. I am grateful to everyone here who has worked with me over the years and been very kind/helpful to me whenever I call about my unit or to make payments or payment arrangements. Great company!! ...     I'm sure Rangeline self-storage is a fine place. The young man who helped me was very kind. The U-Haul portion of that place is unbelievable. And I certainly don't want to make you think that it's in a good way. When you rent something and you get the information and then you show up and the place is closed, it's not a good thing. ...     Bill is super cool. Helped me out a couple minutes before closing when he didn't have to. I drove all the way from Chicago so his upbeat attitude was appreciated. Very charismatic.     Awful: charged me $20 more and when I called to fix my bill waited for two whole minutes for someone to pick up only to have them take the phone off the hook and talk about food and Michael j fox movies for five whole minutes while being ignored. Finally had enough of yelling ‘hello hello’ and hung up. Tried to call back and the phone was STILL off the hook. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Will never use uhaul again. ... Read more

    Terrible service!!! Made an appointment for a 17 foot truck and Mary at the desk had reserved a van for us. We had to scramble at the last minute to get another rental truck last minute. Mary spent more time telling us about her children than worrying about getting our reservation right. Would not recommend if you nred a truck and have to rely on the company to get it right. ...
