Very easy to set up an account and rent a unit at the kiosk. I had one issue with my access code that after a quick and friendly phone call, they were able to resolve without any further issues. The unit was clean and ready! ... Read more

This storage place is spotlessly clean. You could do surgery in there. Maybe that’s a bit much, but I’ve never seen such a clean area as Stor~A~Lot. It was very easy to sign up for a unit and I was inside my unit about 15 minutes later. Payment is easy and I got a free month! Whoop! Whoop! ... Read more

AND THERES ALSO THE EMAILS LOL! I WILL STAY WITH STORE-A-LOT ... Read more

I had a unit with Stor-A-Lot for almost two years, and in that time, I didn't have one complaint. The setup process was painless, and any time I had a question or concern, staff were quick to solve the issue. Site was kept clean, and I never once felt concern for the safety of my belongings. When the time came to end my unit lease, they didn't hassle me or try anything to get one over me, they processed it duly and thanked me for my time. Highly recommended if you're looking for storage in the area. ... Read more

Have had a storage unit here for several years and can say that this place has been great. If they find an error with the lock while doing a security check, they will email and notify you of the situation. Good to know this information if you do not visit everyday. I give 4 stars because when we first rented the storage unit, before COVID, it was 24 hr access. They have since limited the hours which can be inconvenient sometimes. Like all things you adapt and plan accordingly. ... Read more
