I can not recommend the storage unit. We have had the unit for a couple years due to limited space at our home. When I called to book a unit I called if the unit was climate control as we have boxes of antiques but also old furniture. I was told yes it was climate controlled so I booked the unit. Well we finally cleaned out the unit after the 2 years and we were upset with the outcome. The unit wa filled with bugs. All the boxes were damaged due to moisture. Also the furniture was molded as well due to the unit. This facility is not climate control and will ruin your items if you store there. Very disappointed with this experience and upset with what we have to get rid of antique that belonged in our family!! Just terrible!!! ... Read more

Having just got off of the phone with this business, I am NOT impressed nor would I recommend them to anyone. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional, short/curt and attitudinal. When they answer, you expect "Thank you for calling All Safe Storage. How can I help you?" or something similar with some tact and respect. Not "HELLO?!" and then proceed to be abrasive and crass when asked if you have any units available. I was very taken aback by this, as the reviews were decent. I am a former IU student who rented a unit to store my belongings when I moved away from Bloomington. The location is about 15 minutes away from B-Town via car, which isn't that bad, but what sold me on the space was the price. I rented a 5x10 space for about half of what storage places Bloomington charged. Don the owner is a very professional and courteous man and easy to work with. The set up is a simple process, I used my credit card to pay automatically every month. The units were on a month to month lease The unit is very secure, a gated facility with an access keypad that has a unique code for every unit that I can access when ever I wanted.
