TERRIBLE THEIR SECURITY IS NON EXISTANT ANYYONE CANE WALK IN WITHOUT A CODE. CAMERAS ARE ONLY ON THE MAIN DRIVES NOT ON THE SMALLER UNITS. mY UNIT WAS ROBBED AND I LOST AROUND 5000 DOLLARS IN TOOLS AND THEY HAD NO FOOTAGE AND WAITED FOR DAYS TO CALL ME. THEIR FACIITY IS NEXT TO A VACANT LOT WITH ONLY A SMALL FENCE THAT ANYONE CAN JUMP OVER i AM FORCED TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR IF IT WAS UP YO ME I WOULD GIVE THE A MINUS 5 THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. i WOULD SAY IF YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN TAKE IT THERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE you responded but never gave me a number other than a number of the people that did not contact me when my things were stolen i did clear out my unit and left them a voice mail that they never responded to so you kept installing late charges and auction fees. So i would like to talk to someone above them and be reimbursed for my loss.i did talk to them and they refused to look at the camara footage and fail to recognize that any person can walk into their property. i would recommend Public Storage they have a gate that blocks cars and pedestrians as well. At least three times i saw that U store and to replace that joke of an arm that keeps cars out. their staff is rude and non caring they should not be allowed to have a business that stores others valuable belongings ... I had to seal the walls and floors because there were gaps between the walls to the next wall side and these gaps were where roaches would start to come in. I put masking tape on all of those holes to not have roaches come in and get into any of my things. I also came by there on at least 2 occasions and there were repeated gunshots, so if you come around there, you will need to be watchful of your person, things, and surroundings. Also, they don't allow anyone to use the dumpster (which to me was kind of weird because how do you have a storage facility and people are moving things around and out and they'll have no place to put trash). From my first couple calls inquiring about available units to signing my lease and paying for the unit on a card and with cash both; Demi and CJ were so very helpful to me! They showed me the unit prior to renting, answered all my questions- and then some, and were just very helpful and polite! I would’ve went to a different neighborhood but they showed me how the units are all alarmed and safe with them being on-site too!! Thanks you two so much! Had a unit here for 2 months, was broken into and everything stolen from it. Didn’t even know about it until a month later I went to go get my stuff and our codes didn’t work. Apparently when they tried to call us which they only tried once, apparently our number was “disconnected” which no it was not. Didn’t try to text either, which is odd because the codes they give out are individualized and there is supposedly an alarm that should notify you if your unit is opened without your code, this never happened. The email address they had written down had a typo in it apparently as well. No offer from them to refund at least the two months we had paid for. The guy at the front desk apparently told my fiancée “it’s a bad location there’s been a lot of break ins” which of course they only tell you after all your stuff is stolen. I’m considering suing ...
