    Stored my son’s college belongings for three months this summer. My location in Indiana had no office attached so I never met anyone in person but on the phone they have absolutely the best customer service.. everyone without exception was charming and helpful. Unit was clean, easy to access and good value. Recommend you take out the inexpensive insurance to cover any minor damage -we had a bit of rainwater. Update: Beware: it took about 8 months of constant contact with them to get a resolution to my small water damage claim. Lots of runarounds. Soured my feeling about them. ... Read more

    If I could leave a zero star I would. I have been waiting for a $90 refund since February, Everytime I talk to someone in the office they give me a run around. or simply ignore my calls/do not return them. I simply want my money back for a service I NEVER used. ???????? ... Read more

    Called and rented one of their units on a Saturday. We were told that a lock was provided and would be waiting inside the locker. Opening the unit I expected an empty space with a new Lock yet instead I was blessed with the responsibility of cleaning up some else's left behind Garbage, removing a left behind mattress, and of course no new Lock. Whatever though. We cleaned it and placed many of our belongings inside the unit then placed a lock we already had. The following Monday we bring more to place in our new storage unit yet was utterly surprised when we pull up and find that the door was open and our stuff gone, just an empty space. Come to learn there are no cameras, nor is the gate secured with access codes that would be able to be used to determine who had entered the property, nope simply left wide open. There was nothing that could be done to find our irreplaceable thing and thankfully we paid the extra $14 for insurance yet it only covers up to$2000 which if I had known there security was such a joke I would of most definitely gotten the higher policy. I simply assumed being a storage unit property there would be security measures in place. Foolish me. The property manager said the claim could take two to three months to process which is absurd. ... Read more

    Excellent customer service staff who are quick to answer my questions or in many instances help to customize my needs. When I have moved and needed boxes or a truck the staff were very helpful!
