Staff it’s always hard to get in contact with but reasonably priced but you will be lucky to find unit available good security good area I do like the automated system that they have in the last to provide for your storage units they keep the property very well-maintained and clean they do allow a grace period on late fees and late times and if a mistake is made on your billing they are quick to correct it but if you’re trying to contact them by phone normally you have to leave a message and wait for a callback which personally I don’t like but if you’re using the automated system at the check-in kiosk works perfect and the person on the other end it’s helping you are usually very knowledgeable and very polite ... But turned out it was a blessing, it was lower than the last place I paid for and it was what I needed, didnt need fancy gizmos or anything like that. And it's been better on my wallet. And if I ever need help I can go in during the day and fix it. ... Read more

I was assisting a family member in trying to secure a storage unit. This place was recommended to me for low rates, however the office hours are not very good. We offered to pay over the phone to secure the storage unit and they said no because they had to have you sign a contract and take a copy of his drivers license and I stated that if he emailed me the contract I could have him sign it and send it back to them along with a copy of his drivers license. The guy responded very rudely saying “no, that’s what our office hours are for.” I just feel like you want business you’d be a little more flexible. Found something with a better price after this so I suppose that it was a blessing in disguise ?? ... Read more
