Read some helpful reviews of Pleasant Valley Mini Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

The place isnt horrible and the price always seemed doable and great. Five months ago, however I left work on maternity leave. I paid the following two months, but could not hold up the payments due to no job. Now I'm back to work though and have been trying for a month to give them partial of what's due. Sadly, they will not work with me and are planning to take my unit and all of my sentimental belongings within it. I have offered several times now, to give them a part of what I owe in order to prevent them from taking my belongings from me, but alas they refuse to accept anything unless it's in full. Because of the late fees that they are charging me up the wazoo with, I am no longer in a price range that I could afford to pay in full. Instead of allowing payments, or working something out they are steadily charging more and more since my payments became overdue. Just a month ago they were requiring I pay about $90. Now they want me to pay $172 when a monthly payment is only 30 bucks and late fees are supposed to be 20. When I owed 90, I attempted to pay half and they told me I couldn't. Had they allowed it, I could have easily paid the other half the week after and everything would've been settled. Now though, my debt is just piling up with them. As a new mother to a five month old, with not much assistance, I can't work more than two days a week. Because of such a short schedule, I do not make nearly enough. I am aware that it was my mistake by getting behind, but I have to only rate them a 2, maybe 3/5 due to their inability to work with people under certain circumstances. ... Read more
