This facility has steadily raise my rent arbitrarily. Do not trust their prices. I started at $120 and am now at $361. Not to mention they have break ins at this facility. At the prices they are trying to charge, you might as well rent a studio apartment for your stuff. It’ll be cheaper and have less break ins ... Read more

I have been a customer of Public Storage for several years. I cancelled a storage unit on the 3rd of the month and was charged as I normally would be on the 1st. When I reached out to see if I could get a refund for the remainder of the month, I was told they do not do prorated refunds. You are essentially stealing from your customer. You all are going to rent that unit before the beginning of the next month. This business practice is SHADY. I will be cancelling my remaining unit before next month. Not that you care Public Storage but you have lost my business for life. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
