Shauna is the absolute best! So polite and helpful with every encounter that we've ever had with her. She makes sure you have everything you need for your unit and is very transparent about the pricing/requirements for each unit. The area here is well lit and well maintained. Highly recommend! ... this place sucks. the monthly price has gone up 2-3 times in less than a year. no idea why as there have been no sort of upgrades to the units or property in general. this place is nowhere near worth the $260+ a month now. will be packing up and moving to another place soon. ... Read more

I retract my previous statement. The clarity of this website is vague and conspicuous with the discounting and fees. After speaking with the office, the lady was very sweet and understanding and was able to explain the situation. Do Not Use the webpage to rent a building go inside so you can get a proper understanding of the lease you’ll be signing. But besides the miss understanding with pricing this is a great storage unit id recommend using. ... Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I started renting here in October of 2023. I had all of my items from my home in Georgia in 2 of their storage units. I purchased a lock from their front office when buying these storage units. In July of 2024, I noticed my items were missing. My lifejackets, iMac computer, kitchenaid mixer and nespresso machine. I filed a police report notifying them that my items were missing. I also called the office of SROA in Berea. The manager told me that I did not have insurance and there was nothing she could do. Luckily I had a copy of the insurance that I had been paying for, for months. She then proceeded with my insurance claim. I have sent photos, documentation, everything I possibly can for months. Just last week they notified me that they would not be issuing an insurance claim because I did not have proper documentation. I’m not sure how I would have documentation when my lock was unlocked by someone and my items taken. I asked the office for video footage but they said their cameras rewrite themselves every 2 weeks and there was nothing they could do. I am not a person who usually has to write reviews like this. But this is a warning to all of you, please don’t use this place if you like your items. I was in the process of purchasing my house in Northern KY when this happened. I had no other place for my items and they got stolen. I am very disappointed in the customer service and security of this place. I would not lie about items being stolen, who would want a set of used lifejackets, a 13 year old iMac, a 10 year old kitchenaid with a dent in it? Please do yourself a favor. Don’t rent here. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
