Not only are the prices outrageous, they don't have employees. Therefore, your unit isn't being monitored. They say the price is for staff reviewing cameras, but there isn't a staff to do so. Additionally, I was purchasing a storage unit online for over $150 less than the walk up rate. The manager said she would match the amount and requested I let the manager use it as a teaching moment for the brand new employee she was training. Well, the new employee forgot to match the online rate and the manager refused to fix the problem. Not to mention, it took three weeks for a response. We are moving out our two units, as we can't be guaranteed protection of our belongings or trust the integrity of staff. Update: I went to open my unit and twisted my ankle in black tar. My brand new shoes are ruined and car tires covered. An employee saw me getting out of my car and failed to warn me that they were filling cracks. I haven't been able to walk for days now. I went to report this to staff on site and they had nothing to say. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
