Revised review: While I am very upset that I paid for a service ($80) that does not exist, specifically that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, Premier Storage & Shipping did try to make it right. There is an opportunity for improvement with the training process and potentially signage to better educate the general public, since we are not the SMEs. USPS is the right service for PO Boxes. I will never forget this very important and expensive lesson! Patience is important...I make mistakes too! ... Read more

Customer service was nice and quick. Was a bit pricey to ship standard via USPS and a 12x12x12 box was $2.45. If I'd have known that, I would've used my own box/pkg.
