    A friend of mine had this storage facility and made every payment on time for an entire year. When she ran into trouble with income due to Covid she called to see if they could waive the late penalty as she was getting a check and would be able to pay the missed month as well as the next month so she could stay on top of the payments going forward (she gets paid monthly a few days after the due date). They said to call back and speak to the owner the next day, only to be told to call back yet again. On the third call, the same woman claimed to now be the office manager. She commended the customer on her excellent payment history but wouldn't waive the late penalty because "that's just business." I then looked through her contract and the dates given for the lockout fee and late penalty are different from the dates given over the phone. We call back a fourth time and ask to please remove the late penalty as it shouldn't have been applied until the 10th of the month (the rent was paid on the 7th). It's only a few dollars but please be aware of your own policies. To have to call 4 times to get an $8 fee dropped when it was wrongfully applied is not "just business." ... Read more

    Great experience getting the unit. Call the lady in office she was very helpful and nice in answering all my questions before I made my decision to rent a unit. Super fast and easy. Took about 10-15min over the phone and had my gate code and unit number. Very clean and well maintained too. If u looking for storage space give her a call. ... Read more
