[Edited review] 5/31/2025 This storage is not secure, Do NOT TAKE YOUR APPLIANCES HERE! It seems like a inside job, there's still a hole on the back fence, cameras, but nobody has been arrested, case haven't been followed up on for customers that's been doing buisness here for years! We received a call saying that one of the units that we have there was broken into along with many others, weirdly the hole in the fence isn't big enough to put the larger electronics especially not a 65 inch tv through it, a 80 pound Bluetooth speaker, a very expensive scooter, a sack with bookoo professional barber clippers, tools, like 4 iphones, A bulk of new items unused items that can't be replaced. Those security cameras should be monitored to protect your customers spending their darn hard earned money to have their personal property stored safely. Its been 4 months, and I also have never used a storage that even on the day a payment is due, BEFORE the end of the last day a payment is due, you don't allow customers entry. Most storages allow some form of grace period at the very LEAST, like why? Why isn't there NO GRACE PERIOD..basically your payment is late on the FIRST DAY that it's due.The guys that work there are not very customer friendly except Todd he's the only person that showed any form of compassion, I have items that are PRICELESS! CAN'T BE REPLACED, the maximum amount the insurance offer doesn't even touch the surface of what was stolen from us.Our kids hover boards, my baby girls 50 inch tv, I have alotta items damaged from water, either the roof is leaking or it floods, Im hurt! Disappointed!?? Shocked at how they don't try to even compensate, give you $5 off if you have been a victim of a major theft incident. The employees they make up their own rules to tell customers, one guy told us that we couldn't file a claim if it's past due, customer service said differently, it's just not very good customer service when speaking with either of the 2 guys working there at this location.I will say, I caught pure hell trying to get a big truck in and out like a Uhaul, if u pass a certain section there's a gate and u can't get out, there are roaches, would like if they got the storages sprayed for roaches, mice and things like that otherwise it looks ok.. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
