Mr. David is the Manager/person how runs this place with his Aunt. This place is by far the best storage facility I have used. I have tried several different places between Louisiana and Mississippi and they're always lacking in some area either they're too expensive for the size that you're getting or there price is great and they have very little to no security but this place seems to have it all I've had a unit here for a few months now and for a I want to say 10 x 20 but it might be a 10 by 15 I don't really remember I pay $75 where I had a 10 x 10 that I was paying $190 for at my previous facility as far as security goes they have a gate to which you need a personalized pin number to get into you pick your own pin and there are security cameras throughout the facility just in case there's an issue. Now I am absolutely certain that these cameras work and I know this because last month I lost my key to my unit and I needed to get in to the my unit to get clothing and bedding out because I live in a 25 foot camper I can't keep everything at my house when I realized that my key was missing I decided to cut the lock off of my unit and replace it with a new lock. Well it what is 6:30 in the evening when I decided to proceed with cutting the lock off my unit and when I say I proceeded to be more precise it was my uncle who did The Cutting while I went to Walmart to purchase a new lock and to get two additional copies of the keys that come with the lock so that I am not in this situation again. When I returned to the facility Mr. David along with a St Charles police officer was at my unit questioning my uncle. Apparently mr. David had attempted to call me several times while I was in Walmart unfortunately I left my phone in the car and was unaware of mr. David attempts to contact me however everything was cleared up within a few moments after my arrival. Mr. David informed me that after being unsuccessful with his attempts to contact me he was obligated to call the police just to ensure that my unit was not being unlawfully entered that had I been there or had my Uncle been in my vehicle everything would have been avoided. After apologizing to mr. David any police officer for not informing him before deciding to remove my lock and not answering the telephone I was able to enter my units and everything was fine. So if you need a safe place to store your belongings and you actually want to have money left over after storing your items I suggest you contact mr. David and get yourself a unit through them ...
