    DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I had my belongings in there for 2 weeks and it was raining on my things so I called and told them the problem and I was moving my things out. I was told I had to send an email that I was moving out. I did that on April 14th and I was charged for May and June. When I called I got hung up on and she wouldn’t answer for 3 days. Basically told me she couldn’t do anything. When I asked to speak to owner, I was told that they would relay the message but probably wouldn’t call me back! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND IT RAINS IN THE UNITS ... Read more

    I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! I have rented a unit here for almost two years. I chose this place because of the 24 hour access But all of a sudden the hours have changed from 10p-4a or something like that. Because some people were staying there- idk. I just know that the good have to suffer for the bad in this case and Matthew the manager was a total jerk. He was rude and did not want to hear anything g I had to say. I think I should have a lower rate since my access is lowered. He said to me that he doesn’t think anyone should be there late anyway. Well.. he doesn’t understand that every person doesn’t always live according to his standards or his way. Some people work all day into the night and they don’t have a chance to go during those hours. Regardless- I think the rates should be lowered since the time you can access it is less. OR MAYBE they should’ve kicked out the person or persons that were sleeping there instead of making the other 300 people suffer. They claim it’s a safety issue.     The place has no electricity going to the storage units so if you need to store something after dark you better bring a flashlight! Also, it is very run down, unkept and downright creepy. I would not suggest anyone get a unit here unless you have no other option. ... Read more
