Spoke with the most unprofessional person on the phone attempting to pick up my U-Haul rental. Between the person on the phone for this storage facility and U-Haul's customer service, I've wasted 3 hours of my time and still have to find a truck to rent. Absolutely pathetic business practices. Save time and do not attempt to work with this company or U-Haul. Tighten your belt and pay for Penske. ... Read more
