Erica Borill and her Boyfriend Shannon Richard were so rude, angry, and downright unprofessional from the moment we walked in. Shannon was scratching himself like he had ants all over him and seemed to be on something. Shannon threatened to have the car being left there for the Uhaul rental towed. Shannon also claimed to be the owner and when I told him that he wasn’t he began to curse us out. Shannon also threatened other things with the assistance of Erica. Erica refused to contact the owner because she’s the manager. Erica Borill refused to tell me the Owners name so that I could file a complaint . Both of their attitudes and actions were absolutely horrible. After the truck was returned that night Erica charged two separate charges for the same amount which the second charge was fraudulent. ... Read more
