    The experience was not great. I showed up to check in ready to pay I was told to do it on line they will be closing soon. Go to pay on line kept getting the error after I paid for 1 of the spaces. I rented 4 spaces btw. I checked in on the 14th and it’s supposed to be the 1st month $1. A rude guy called me telling me my payment is due in the 1st of January. I tried explaining the problem I had with the other space payment he told me I have late fees. I dont plan to use this facility again ever I dont recommend them either. Jan however was really helpful when I initially was riding around trying to decide which facility I would use to store my things. As a business owner who prides myself on Great Customer Service and Clarity I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism. ... Read more

    I rented this storage because it was convenient.then it turned out I had to go to another storage unit on lapaco to pay my unit twice because the one on Bell Chase hwy nobody was ever there and couldn't reach anyone or never got a return call poor service and no employees to really be on site .then there lunch hrs they put notice on door but nobody ever returns.i never got my receipt through email when I did pay you never get to personally talk to anyone but a recording so this month I'm moving to another storage.and the mold ruin my belongings and another tenant they had the ducks and ac units covered in plastic to paint over the mold and there ass from damages ...
